Program Description – WILP
Wipro’s Work Integrated Learning Program is a learning-integrated employment program designed for BCA and B.Sc students. Selected candidates will work at Wipro while simultaneously pursuing higher education in M.Tech, sponsored by the company. The program is aimed at building long-term careers through structured learning and professional experience.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- 10th Standard: Pass
- 12th Standard: Pass
- Graduation: Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA (as per university guidelines)
Eligible Degrees & Streams
- BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications)
- B.Sc in:
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Mathematics
- Statistics
- Electronics
- Physics
Additional Criteria
- Open school or distance education is allowed only for 10th & 12th
- One backlog allowed at the time of online assessment
- Backlogs must be cleared along with the 6th semester
- Mandatory to have studied Core Mathematics during graduation
- Business Maths & Applied Maths are not considered Core Mathematics
- Maximum 3 years gap allowed between 10th and start of graduation
- No gaps allowed during graduation (must be completed within 3 years)
- Candidate must be 18 years or above at the time of registration
- Indian Citizen or holder of PIO / OCI card
- Bhutan and Nepal nationals must submit a citizenship certificate
- Candidates must complete a 3-month cool-off period to be eligible again
Selection Process
Round 1 – Online Assessment (80 Minutes)
- Verbal Ability: 20 minutes – 20 questions
- Analytical Ability: 20 minutes – 20 questions
- Quantitative Ability: 20 minutes – 20 questions
- Written Communication Test: 20 minutes
Round 2 – Voice Assessment
Round 3 – Business Discussion
Candidates who clear all rounds will receive a Letter of Intent (LOI). LOI-accepted candidates must clear pre-skilling training to receive the final offer letter.
Service Agreement
- Service Agreement Duration: 60 months
- Joining bonus is recoverable on a pro-rata basis if the candidate leaves the organization within this period
