Role & Responsibilities
As an Associate System Engineer, the candidate will work as a Software Developer and contribute across the complete software development lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing existing systems, identifying failures, and proposing improvements with guidance from architects and technical leaders.
- Participating in design, development, testing, release, and troubleshooting activities.
- Developing and maintaining software applications that support hybrid cloud and AI solutions.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
- Ensuring applications are high-performing, highly available, responsive, and maintainable.
- Providing reliable customer service while working on enterprise-scale projects.
Required Education
- Bachelor’s Degree (BE / BTech)
Eligibility & Required Skills
- Year of Pass-out: 2026
- Candidates must be in their final year and obtain their degree before joining IBM.
- No active backlogs at the time of hiring.
- Minimum 6 CGPA or 60%.
