About the Opportunity
The Engineering Track under Deloitte’s National Level Assessment is aimed at eligible final-year students who want to build a long-term career with Deloitte. Selected candidates will be registered as Apprentices under the Apprenticeship Act through a tripartite agreement involving the candidate, Deloitte, and an appropriate government agency.
After joining, candidates will undergo a 1-year probation period, during which confirmation of employment will depend on successful completion of training programs, performance evaluations, and business requirements.

Selected candidates are expected to:
- Demonstrate strong analytical, written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Prioritize tasks effectively and raise concerns where required
- Interact regularly with stakeholders through meetings, calls, and emails
- Understand global client processes and business problems
- Suggest practical solutions and work with stakeholders to implement them
- Possess knowledge of methodologies and process improvement initiatives
- Interact with Deloitte’s global clients and subject matter experts
- Be open to working in shifts, including night shifts if required
- Maintain professionalism and a strong focus on quality
- Have the ability to code in any programming language
- Possess good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Work Conditions
As part of the role, candidates may be required to:
- Work in different shift timings, including night shifts
- Work beyond standard hours, including weekends or holidays, as per business needs
- Support client deliverables across different technical platforms and skills
- Work from designated locations assigned by the company
All work requirements will be in compliance with applicable laws and Deloitte policies.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- B.E / B.Tech – Computer Science, Allied Computer Science streams, Information Technology, and all Circuital branches
- M.Tech or Integrated M.Tech (5-year iMTech) – Computer Science, Allied Computer Science streams, and Information Technology
- Master of Computer Application (MCA)
Academic Requirements
- Graduation year must be 2026
- Minimum 60% aggregate or equivalent CGPA in the current degree
- No active backlogs at the time of application
Additional Condition
- Candidates should not have applied to any Deloitte US–India Offices role in the last six months
